History & Background
National Paints Factories Co. Ltd.
 The company functions through
technical co-operation agreements with prominent world paint companies such as
the Dutch Co. "Trans Ocean" , the Belguim Co. "Tailor" and the Italian Co.
"Inver", in addition to continuous co-operation with laboratories of the Royal
Scientific Society in Jordan. Moreover, most of National Paints products
acquired Jordan Quality Mark Certificate from the Jordan Institution for
Standards & Metrology (JISM).
To achieve its target of developing industry in the Arab World, it expanded to
have other seven branches in U.A.E, Qatar, Sudan, Palestine, Kyrgyzstan,
Kazakstan and Egypt.
It tries to always catch up with the latest technology in the paint world by
the continuous collaboration with companies that have preference in this field,
and by instructing and training its technicians and workers . Hence, it
continues to develop its production with the aim of keeping abreast of
scientific and worldwide evolution as far as paint products are concerned.
The company has the ability for developing new qualities and adding other
products to its product lines. The present production capability of all the
branches have reached the figure of 145 thousand tons per year, which meets the
need of the local markets in addition to exporting to more than fifty Arab and
foreign markets .
National Paints Factories Company was ISO 9002 certified in 1997 and ISO
9001:2000 certified (New Edition Certificate) at the beginning of the year 2001
being one of the first local and international companies attaining this
certificate.
