Powder Coating
Powder Coatings are characteristically different form other coatings in terms of corrosion protection, better durability and environmentally friendly as it contains no volatile organic compounds (voc) , hence being an anti-pollutant in its three forms (liquid, gaseous or solid). Moreover, the use of the sprayed remaining powder has reflected much economical selling price, which is valued and accepted by customers.
Types of Powder Coatings:-
- Polyester based powder:
Suitable for exterior use, as it has good adhesion proprieties, durability, workability and is weather resistant

Epoxy based powder:
Suitable for corrosion protection uses as it has excellent resistance power to chemicals. Epoxy powder coatings include products for both decorative and pure protective purposes.
- Hybrid Powder Coatings:
Based on the binder combination of Epoxy and Polyester.
Method
of Application:-
The dry blended components of powder are fed into electrostatics spray gun in order to spread evenly onto the required surface. The coated metals are then placed in a temperature regulated oven in order for the based powder to progressively liquidize . The even dispersion and wetting of the pigments is completed with good adhesion on metals surfaces.
Manufacturing Process:-
- Dry Blend
The following powder raw materials are well mixed ,conforming
homogeneous system:
- Solid resins, which react in order to apply good adhesion
power on surfaces.
- Pigments added to apply the requested color.
- Special additives.
- Melting and Extrusion
The dry blended component are fed into the extruder and
heated until melted with high viscosity output.
- Cooling
The hot-melt mixture is cooled and completed by twin-roll
laminating, followed by a water-cooled stainless steel belt.
- Crushing
At the end of the cooling device, the hard laminated product
is crushed into pieces of about 10 mm.
- Grinding
The crushed powder is grinded in a special grinder in order
to obtain suitable particle sizes.
- Packing
Packed in cartons with capacity of 20 Kg.

Powder Coatings are ideal for a wide range of ferrous and
